Brilliant Evening Star was
organized as a UB production
company in 1994, in Louisiana. In 2005, following Hurricane Katrina, they moved to the Arkansas House of the Ozark
Mountain Wilderness. Arkansas House
has lodging/dining/meeting

Joseph Morgan, promoter and
financier of the UB message since
1977 and Brilliant Evening Star's
Public Relation's Director, will be
guest speaker at the spring
workshop. He was the first Public
Relations Director of the Louisiana
Superdome and in 1997 was named
Urantia Public Relations Director by
the Sci-Fi Channel.
